Today is Martin Luther King Day and most people, on this day, will recall the struggles that he faced, the conditions that Black people were forced to live in back in the day and then focus on the present day – have things improved? Yes, they have, but there is still a long way to go.
Black people here in the US and almost all over the world where they are a minority, Gypsies in Europe face hate and discrimination. Times have gotten a bit better for Black people here in the US but not for Gypsies – look up any you tube video on Gypsies – the hate there is OPEN, in-your-face!
There is a neat trick that the majority uses against the minority – Assume that a kid is captured as a child, thrown into a basement, food thrown at him a few times and once he becomes an Adult, he is released. What kind of an Adult would he be? A productive citizen or would he behave more like the animal that his captors have turned him into? Clearly, the latter
And this is what Gypsies & Black people have faced – their skin color set them apart – denied an education, jobs – how does one survive? You beg or steal – and that is what Gypsies were forced to do to survive! But now the majority has them exactly where they want them – “See, they don’t want to work! They are beggars, thieves! That is why we hate them!”
Black people did get jobs but they were mostly menial jobs with low pay and we see the result today – less educated, less prosperous, forced to live in red-lined neighborhoods that are crime-ridden and face a legal system set up to deal harsh penalties based on skin color. While a white person caught with drugs gets off with a mild reprimand, a Black kid finds himself facing jail for a long time!
A fantastic trick by the majority is to discriminate and abuse minorities and then turn around and blame them for not being successful! But even when the reverse happens the hate does not go away, it changes the reason – Jews are the only minority that were abused, discriminated for centuries, and yet triumphed over their abusers! Hated and blamed for the killing of Jesus by their ancestor, his people have been abused, and such abuse continues to this day! Amazingly even the best of minds does not see Caste in this hate!
But Jews turned the discrimination to their advantage – denied owning land, agriculture, farming was the main occupation back in the day, they turned to commerce, moneylending and were remarkably successful at it! So successful they are hated because they are a success! Now hated for “money hungry, owning everything, controlling everything” and so get blamed for any wrongs but of course never get credit for anything good.
But sadly, I will keep saying this – just because a minority faces hate and abuse does not mean they will not turn around and abuse others less fortunate than they are! Minorities in almost all countries cry discrimination but when we go to the countries where these minorities are the majority, we see the same thing – the same abuse and discrimination against their minorities!
And here we go back to religion – black people face hate and discrimination daily and so they are enlightened – “we must not see skin color, we must not judge people based on the outer skin tone, we just see people for who they are as human beings, what they have DONE in life! Underneath the skin, the same red blood flows in all of us. We all want the same things for ourselves, our loved ones.” Etc. etc.
But then these same people embrace religions that OPENLY PROMOTE hate & discrimination. They have colonized Heaven – it is open for them only! Like lower castes being turned away from Temples some time ago, like Black people back in the day facing “Whites Only” establishments that turned them away, unbelievers are told there is no room in God’s realm for them! We are talking Families, women, children, babies!
What is the “crime” here? Belief, religion! That’s it! One factor alone determines who we are as people, just like skin color – just one factor – defined a Black person to a Racist. Sexism defines a woman as nothing but her gender. Caste, Ageism, Antisemitism – ALL reduce a person to nothing more but just one factor! The hatred of Jewish people – antisemitism – is particularly pertinent here because they were almost wiped off the face of the earth because of it. Set apart based on belief, religion by the Nazis, Christians, and condemned to die in gas chambers!
And now Unbelievers – families, women, children, babies – are to be set apart in the afterworlds of the top two religions of the day and are to be condemned to burning chambers of Hell! And while ills like Racism, Caste, antisemitism are universally condemned, this Religious hate & division is OPENLY PROMOTED!
And these are the religions that most Black people embrace and promote! Enlightened minorities become the Bigoted Majority, for that is exactly what changed here. Black people are a minority here in the US, but as Christians and Muslims they find themselves as the Majority and just like that, their morals, values changed. Now they are more than willing and happy to embrace all the hate & abuse their religions promote! Willing Nazis ready to throw a baby into the burning chambers of Hell!
