Are Aliens Scared of Us?

I know, your first thought is – what is this? This is supposed to be a site about Faith, religion! Why are we talking about Aliens, Scifi? Please read the entire post and you will see.

As most of us know, many scientists have concluded that the Universe must be teeming with life, intelligent life and many of these intelligent beings should be far ahead of us, technology wise. That is not hard to imagine, we can see how backward our society was just a 100 years ago — primitive cars, telephones, men ruled, women were kept under(still have ways to go, unfortunately), slavery — boy, have we moved forward so much, technology wise

Imagine a civilization that got its start just a 1,000 years ahead of us! Could they be traveling the galaxy, colonizing it? So, where are they? Why have they not shown up? Let me propose a view — could it be that they are afraid of us? After all, we ARE a very violent species

I am sure you laugh and say, why would such an advanced civilization fear us? They can destroy us all with their advanced tech. True — but think of how we dominate this planet — WE can destroy all the rest of the animals on our planet if we set out to do so, animals like snakes, tigers, Lions — and yet are we not scared of them? How about rats, cockroaches, most bugs? 

Sure, you say, but it is not the same thing. We live with these animals, we stay connected with them, so why can’t Aliens do the same?

There is but one difference, right? Our intelligence! Aliens fear us for the same reason we fear AI. We already have enough movies scaring us with the idea that intelligent robots will one day take over the world and wipe out their human masters. Aliens might be fearing the same thing happening to them, WE would be the AI, the scary intelligent Robots! Once we learn advanced science from them, gain access to their technology, what is stopping us from wiping them out? We have examples of being fearful of countries like Iran getting the bomb, other rouge elements from getting their hands on nuclear weapons and causing devastation

You might say, we are not that bad, we won’t be doing that. But is there not enough history behind us to show what kind of people we are? Esp when it comes to the matter of religion. The Mayans were conquered, tortured & killed and forced to accept their conquerors religion. Imagine that — to be torturing innocent, women, children until they converted! How can anyone be so cruel? yes, we are that cruel!

Hitler and his Nazis tried to wipe off ALL Jews from the map! Extermination of an entire people! Families, women, children, even babies! What was their crime? To be Jews! That’s it! So much hate nurtured and taught for so many centuries based on an alleged crime committed by one man! 

But that is not where the horror ends — even today the media tries desperately to fob off all the hate that Jews endure on Nazis and Hitler! As if Hitler ORIGINATED this hate! Watch any TV show or movie that depicts hate against Jews and the perpetrators are ALWAYS Nazi sympathizers! ALWAYS! The implication is clear — religion has nothing to do with this — it’s all Hitler’s fault — again the blame rests with one man! It gives cover to their religions to continue to nurture & teach their hate!

But have we changed? Can we be this cruel as to seek to wipe off an entire group of people? Sadly, the answer is yes. Walking around Chicago and coming upon a couple of young men proselytizing — “Accept Jesus as your savior, believe, convert or else!” 

What would happen to me if I do not? Why, I would be thrown into hell! And of course I won’t be alone, right? My people, my loved ones, family also? They are SMILING, nodding as they say yes! “Even Children, Babies?” The smile drops a little, but they don’t give up, “yes”. I ask, horrified, “how can you be this callous? you would dump a child, a baby, a baby! into gas chambers in hell?” “Not us” they say, “But god will” — hiding behind their Hitler god!

Willing Nazis — ready to condemn the rest of humanity to a brutal hell! And what did it take for them to sell their souls like this? Just a cheap promise of an eternal life of ease & comfort! Zero evidence of any such Sugar Daddy god keeping billions of these shameless freeloaders in cozy comfort for eternity! That’s it! That’s all it took — just a cheap promise of an eternal life of pleasure, comfort!

I will say it repeatedly — Religion is the best at brainwashing even the best of minds, moral of minds!

Thousands of people die every day and since most of them are unbelievers, Holocaust fires are burning 24/7 in the afterworld! Imagine how callous and heartless one must be to condemn billions of people — entire families, women, children, even babies — to gas chambers in hell!

But these are the top 2 religions of the day! They represent Humanity to these Aliens! 

We think Nuclear weapons are terrible, but Aliens would have the technology that would wipe out entire planets! And how many movies do we see where some nut or other wants to destroy everything, start over! How many religious people talk of one day the world ending because it is so corrupt and we must start over! And then everything would be so nice and wonderful! Honest!

As long as such religions and their nut job followers exist in this world, I doubt we will make contact with Aliens
